Lance Lage
Founder & CEO
Lance is a California born, East coast raised, veteran international marine industry professional with over 45 years specializing in 30-80m European yacht sales, construction, and technical service to private vessels navigating the Pacific coast between Panama and Alaska. As a yacht sales professional he was the CYBA broker of record for his California yacht sales division as well as representing Azimut/Benetti, Sea Ray, Aicon and other European yacht builders in Mexico for many years. As a former captain he has extensively navigated the US West coast, East coast, Mexican, Caribbean and Western Mediterranean waters as well as formally representing sales and service for many prestigious European yacht builders. As an engineer he holds dozens of technical competency certificates from manufactures such as MTU, DDC, Volvo Penta, Yanmar, ZF, Kohler, CMC Marine and many others in mechanical, electrical and hydraulic engineering disciplines. With five company service locations in Mexico and two in the United States Lance has learned the distinction to “service what we sell”.
